In the Vehicle Motion division's brake department, we are engaged in the core technology development related to automotive safety, as well as the development of core functions for autonomous driving and vehicle motion control. In autonomous driving, we develop driving assistance functions and braking functions for remote parking based on signals from cameras and radars. In vehicle dynamics control, our brake products control vehicle motion based on various information (powertrain, steering, cameras, radars, etc.).

The products we handle include electric brake boosters (iBooster) and electronic stability programs (ESP) that are rapidly expanding in share for hybrid and electric vehicles.
