Overview

Borrowell is looking for a self-motivated and driven Bilingual Member Experience Specialist passionate about product efficiencies, process improvement, and member experience.

In Short

  • Create, translate and maintain member educational resources for new products, functionalities, and feature launches
  • Identify, create and maintain agent template responses to improve messaging consistency and agent productivity
  • Handle outbound calls, emails, and voicemails professionally
  • Monitor performance of automation and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support the launch and upkeep of other channels and ad hoc projects
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or member support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with financial products is a plus
