Classified Network Engineer, Mid - Remote

Overview

As a Classified Network Engineer, you will craft and maintain networks to support the Department of Defense's mission, ensuring optimal performance and security for national security systems.

In Short

• Design and implement complex DoD network systems.
• Work with SMEs and engineers to meet strategic goals.
• Plan system design, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Resolve interoperability issues across platforms.
• Support acquisition of hardware and software.
• Grow skills in securing data-in-transit and data-at-rest.
• Lead design, test, and deployment of DoD solutions.
• Collaborate on Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) packages.
• Manage and report tasks independently.
• Communicate complex network principles to clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Experience with Aruba and Cisco equipment.
• Knowledge of SSL and IPSec VPN configurations.
• Familiarity with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF).
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• CCNP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of PKI implementation.
