BoostDraft is a legal tech company founded by graduates from MIT and Stanford in April 2021. Since its inception, it has rapidly grown its customer base primarily through word-of-mouth and referrals without external funding for almost four years.

• Planning and execution of lead generation initiatives for new customer acquisition.
• Management of lead acquisition in collaboration with advertising media and sales support companies.
• Planning and production of necessary content for various initiatives.
• Management of events such as exhibitions and seminars.
• Planning and execution of lead nurturing initiatives to facilitate business negotiations.
• Utilizing Hubspot for marketing automation settings and customer data analysis.
• Creation of email content and optimization of nurturing activities.
• Working in a high degree of freedom environment during the startup phase.
• Contributing directly to the growth of the business.
• Being part of an international team with a diverse workforce.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• Familiarity with Hubspot or similar marketing automation tools.
• Ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
• Experience in managing events and seminars.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
