As the Growth Strategy team we tackle the most important topics in the company and work directly with Booksy’s leadership team. We're the go-to team for "impossible" challenges, helping shape the strategic direction of our growth.

In Short

• Understand local market conditions, customer expectations, and the competitive landscape to help define market strategies.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable projects and lead their implementation.
• Break down complex business problems into structured frameworks, developing hypotheses, and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: from ideation through analysis to implementation.
• Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication with the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team to deliver measurable impact.
• Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
