In Short

  • Conduct phone contacts with salons that purchased Booksy for Business subscriptions to schedule implementation.
  • Perform remote implementations of salons in Booksy for Business features and monitor progress.
  • Activate salons to encourage their Booksy profiles to attract more online bookings.
  • Provide salons with information about how Booksy for Business and Booksy for Clients operate.
  • Inform salons about subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
  • Propose tailored solutions to salons based on what Booksy can deliver.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer success or onboarding roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services.
