We are seeking a talented CRM Manager (Retention Marketing) to join our dynamic team in Berlin.

In Short

  • Develop and manage automated campaigns using Blueshift to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including audience segmentation and A/B testing
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance lifecycle strategies
  • Own the end-to-end campaign execution process in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and refine automated marketing flows
  • Use segmentation tactics for tailored customer journeys and communication
  • Contribute to CRM strategy development and integrate new automation capabilities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in CRM or marketing automation, ideally in a FinTech or digital B2C environment
  • Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Blueshift or HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and campaign personalization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and customer data platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email design
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in German (C2) & English
