Overview

As a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, you will design and optimize automated customer journeys across multiple channels, from strategy to execution, enhancing engagement, customer retention, and revenue.

In Short

  • Develop and optimize multi-channel automated campaigns.
  • Audience segmentation, trigger setups, and A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
  • Analyze campaign results and derive data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and other teams to enhance our CRM strategy.
  • Implement new automation and personalization approaches for better customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or digital B2C environments.
  • Proven experience with common CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge in marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, AWS QuickSight, Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Segment) – SQL skills would be a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and a sense for appealing email design.
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (C2).
