Overview

As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading global home furnishings retailer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.

In Short

• Assist customers through inbound calls.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (B2).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Must be located in Portugal.
• Documents accepted: EU ID, Residence card.
• Willingness to collect working equipment from the office.
