Overview

The Remote Operations Integrator is a senior execution role responsible for keeping Body & Soul’s operating system tight as they scale from ~£1M toward ~£6M in the next 18 months.

• Run the weekly and monthly operating cadence across various teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations or project management in a relevant environment.
• Experience with reporting rhythms and project boards.
• Comfortable working inside a CRM daily.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to hold peers to processes and deadlines.
