Overview

BME Strategies, a fast-growing, mission-driven consulting firm focused on advancing health equity and public health systems, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to help expand our reach beyond Massachusetts and deepen our partnerships with state and local public agencies.

In Short

• Support the tracking and organization of opportunities in our BD pipeline.
• Monitor procurement platforms and help track new opportunities.
• Maintain BD tracker, templates, and content library.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for proposal development.
• Assist with formatting and assembling proposals.
• Conduct research on agencies and competitors.
• Support cross-team communication during submissions.
• Archive past proposals and update boilerplate content.
• Track key BD metrics and generate reports.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in business development or proposal management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in research and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Familiarity with public health systems is a plus.
