Blytheco is adding sharp Sage Intacct Consultants to our professional services delivery team. This is an incredible opportunity for experienced consultants OR Sage Intacct Power Users to showcase their ERP expertise, business savvy, and exceptional client care skills.

In Short

• Strategically guide clients through the software implementation process
• Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training
• Provide timely, outstanding post-implementation service and support
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with clients
• Create professional documentation and Statements of Work (SOW)
• Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for internal and client teams
• Participate in sales calls and assist with proposal development
• Deliver training sessions via phone, web, or in-person
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Sage Intacct Consultant or user
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of accounting/finance or manufacturing/distribution
• Experience with project scoping, planning, and requirements gathering
• Understanding of accounting practices and US GAAP
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
