In Short

• Consult and support business departments in optimizing and developing SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM).
• Analyze and model business processes and derive suitable solutions in the SAP system.
• Participate in SAP projects, especially in rollouts, migrations, and system implementations.
• Design and conduct training sessions and create practical documentation for end users.
• Act as an interface between departments, internal IT, and external service providers to ensure efficient SAP processes.
• Customize and adapt SAP solutions based on individual company requirements.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with IT and process relevance.
• Practical experience in SAP consulting or application support, ideally in a project-oriented environment.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM).
• Experience in SAP customizing and ideally initial knowledge in ABAP to implement technical requirements.
• Analytical thinking, structured and independent working style, and strong communication skills.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form for secure communication in an international context.
