The Global Customer Support Coordinator supports Blueroot Health's international business by managing key international accounts and providing sales support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in a customer service role with multitasking experience.
  • Experience in international key account support preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Expertise in Oracle NetSuite and knowledge of MS Office suite required.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is highly valued.
