• Maintain consistency within established design systems
• Collaborate with researchers for customer insights

• Present work to peers and cross-functional partners
• Support the development of end-to-end experience concepts

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency with Figma and another design tool
• Strong skills in customer experience design
• Experience collaborating with researchers
• Ability to produce clear design artifacts
