• Coordinate projects and direct technical activities.
• Present proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in recruiting and evaluating employee performance.
• Analyze technology and market demand for project feasibility.
• Support engineering teams in managing project tasks and milestones.
• Develop and manage project requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project execution.
• Create visualization tools and dashboards for metrics.
• Manage team operations and scheduling.
• Organize events and manage budgets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools.
• 2-4 years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps preferred.
