Staff DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you’ll take the lead in building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our products. You’ll be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that support a dynamic and fast-growing tech stack - from React and Next.js applications to Python data pipelines, orchestrated across a complex AWS ecosystem.

• Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools, ideally GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Solid understanding of networking and security best practices.
• Experience implementing security controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting modern web stacks, especially React and Python.
