The Director of FP&A will lead the finance function at BlueCat, focusing on performance analysis and strategic partnerships to drive growth within the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance and leadership experience in B2B technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and operations.
• Experience with SaaS metrics and commission plan management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Experience with US GAAP / ASC606 is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with FP&A tools like Pigment or Adaptive.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
