Overview

The Creative Director, Web is a senior design leader responsible for shaping and elevating the creative vision across all web products at Bluecadet. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution guiding multidisciplinary teams through discovery, design, and delivery to produce best-in-class web experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of digital design experience
• Proven experience leading creative teams
• Expertise in interaction design and UX principles
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills
• Experience with mission-driven clients is a plus
