Overview

The Project Manager for Labor Relations will lead the coordination and execution of a Work Continuity Program critical for managing union labor disruptions.

In Short

  • Manage the Work Continuity Master Plan for collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Align multiple stakeholder groups including HR, Operations, and Legal.
  • Partner with labor relations teams on strategic priorities.
  • Drive planning for alternative resourcing models.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and risk logs.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership.
  • Monitor milestones and manage change requests.
  • Support readiness exercises and planning sessions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of union environments.
  • Experience in utilities or energy sector preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-risk initiatives.
  • Experience with workforce continuity planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
