Overview

The Nuance / Genesys IVR Test Lead will oversee testing activities for an IVR Refinement program in the utilities industry, ensuring alignment with business requirements and leading a team of testers.

• Nuance and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
• Experience on large transformation programs.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Tricentis qTest.
• Utilities industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• PMP and testing-related certifications preferred.
• Experience with waterfall and agile frameworks.
