Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer will support the development and execution of training programs aimed at driving employee learning and performance improvements across various business functions, specifically related to Release 3 of an SAP implementation within a Work and Asset Management program.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design planning.
• Ability to manage learning and training initiatives.
• Experience in creating microlearning videos.
• Experience in developing infographics.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• SAP Certification preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certification is a plus.
