Overview

This role involves mapping and assessing HR and talent acquisition processes as part of an ERP modernization initiative. The analyst will support vendor selection and provide insights into system capabilities needed for improvement.

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to document existing workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or recruiting.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows and stakeholder insights.
• Familiarity with tools like Workday, SAP, Oracle, and others.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
