Overview

The ESOP Communication Consultant I supports employee communication initiatives for clients with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), assisting in the development of educational content and delivering presentations to employee groups.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering presentations and developing communication materials.
• Public speaking and facilitation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with digital or print marketing preferred.
• Video editing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ESOPs preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
