Customer Service Agent (Italian Speaker) - Remote in Portugal

• Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure replies and solutions are delivered to customers within the agreed service levels.
• Offer inbound sales support and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service for after-sales needs.
• Ensure all necessary data is captured in the CRM according to client policies and product requirements.
• Work from anywhere in mainland Portugal.
• Contract of 6 months.
• Full-time working hours (40 hours/week), with shifts.
• Salary conditions: 1024€ gross/month + performance bonus.
• Help with acquiring the NIF and SSN.

Requirements

• A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English.
• Passion for customer service.
• Proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining customer information security.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excitement about intercultural communication.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Having a valid Portuguese work permit or nationality allowing work in an EU country.
