The Engagement Lodging Specialist plays a key role in supporting enterprise client extended-stay lodging programs by coordinating logistics, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering consistent client value.

In Short

• Serve as the operational point of contact for extended-stay hotel program requests.
• Process and review Engagement Lodging Request Forms.
• Manage the full project request lifecycle.
• Collaborate with client project leads.
• Liaise with hotel suppliers for rates and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms.
• Maintain accurate records of lodging engagements.
• Monitor project incoming requests.
• Audit loaded rates for discrepancies.
• Support virtual agency visits and provide feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate travel or lodging program experience.
• Proven experience with hotel sourcing and rate negotiation.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred).
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
