The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international think-tank supporting and advocating the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change. We are looking for passionate volunteers who build professional relationships with stakeholders and generate opportunities for the organization's development.

In Short

• Role Title: Recruitment/Human Capital Coordinators.
• Home-based position.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and Assistant Director-General (Operations).
• Coordinate Recruitment administrative support.
• Liaise with BCI members regarding HR/Recruitment policies.
• Support the Recruitment Manager with GDPR compliance.
• Assist the Recruitment team and BCI Operations with administrative inputs.

Requirements

• Passion for climate change and blockchain technology.
• Ability to build professional relationships.
• Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
