• Lead end-to-end regulatory and compliance management for credit card product changes.
• Ensure changes are executed in a compliant and member-focused manner.
• Deep expertise required in banking regulations and card product governance.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across various teams.
• Define member communication strategies to minimize confusion and opt-outs.
• Assess operational readiness and system impacts for the change.
• Prepare customer service teams for member support during the transition.
• Track member acceptance and rejection metrics post-implementation.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in financial services, particularly with credit card products.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance related to credit card pricing and disclosures.
• Proven project management experience with complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of card operations and member communication best practices.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to anticipate member reactions and design effective strategies.
