Overview

Blend is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to growth by designing and implementing advanced MMM solutions using strong expertise in modeling, Python, and SQL.

In Short

• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Develop scalable experimentation frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Strong foundation in statistical techniques.
• Expertise in designing controlled experiments at scale.
• Proven programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience with experiment platforms and data instrumentation.
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis.
• Familiarity with business metrics for product experiments.
• Experience with uplift modeling and bias-correction techniques.
• Exposure to Bayesian experimentation frameworks is a plus.
