Overview

As an Executive Assistant at Blankspace Commerce GmbH, you will support the management team in various administrative and HR tasks while working fully remote.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in HR
  • Proactive and hands-on work ethic
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
  • Strong communication skills and experience with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Highly organized, reliable, and discreet
  • Open to new tools and technologies, especially AI solutions
  • Some experience with project management tools like ClickUp
