Overview

Arbutus Medical is a rapidly growing medical device venture that sells orthopaedic power tools and surgical procedure kits to help hospitals streamline surgery for the good of patient care.

In Short

• Drive revenue across accounts by building relationships with key distributors.
• Support a sales region comprising roughly 30 Level 1 Trauma Centers.
• Own deals from initial product introduction through to closed-won.
• Track deal progress and regularly update the CRM.
• Provide in-person support for product demonstrations and new product implementations.
• Train and build relationships with key sales reps.
• Own revenue quota for the region.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital personnel.
• Triage account issues and solve them as needed.
• Support resident training during new Intern turnover.

Requirements

• Experience in sales management and account management.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide training and support to sales reps.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of medical devices and trauma centers.
