Overview

The Lead QA Engineer will be responsible for managing manual testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met and providing mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-7 years of experience in manual software testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in writing test plans and cases.
Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
