Manager, HR Compliance and U.S. Immigration - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced manager to join our dynamic HR team as Manager, HR Compliance and Immigration. This managerial role will oversee our Global HR Operations team who are responsible for our processes and procedures ensuring system alignment and data integrity, ensure processes and procedures are compliance with Federal and State laws, create and maintain company policies; in addition to being hands on managing our U.S. Immigration cases. This is a collaborative role working cross functionally with our Legal counterparts, Management, and our HR colleagues across the globe to ensure our processes, procedures, and policies are aligned and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field.
• 4-5 years of HR management experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems, SAP, iCIMS preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience with AI tools in HR processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
