In Short

• Architect and develop high-quality applications using React for web and React Native for mobile platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of reusable component libraries and design systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and React Native.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass/Less.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Proficiency in implementing responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Experience with version control systems (primarily Git).
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementation practices.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
