In Short

• Coordinate and track internal deliverables for the Business Development team.
• Support the creation of external-facing materials and manage communications with partners.
• Act as the point of contact for tracking deliverables to publishing partners.
• Maintain calendars and timelines for ongoing business conversations.
• Create professional presentation materials for game development pitches.
• Manage travel and bookings for the business development team.
• Track progress on business development tasks across teams.
• Work collaboratively with creative, narrative, and art teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of documents and proposals post-meeting.
• Adaptable and detail-oriented in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in a coordination, production, or business development support role.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Google Slides; basic design skills are essential.
• Experience collaborating with game development teams is a strong asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.
• A passion for games and understanding of the gaming ecosystem is highly desirable.
