Requirements

5+ years of experience in COBOL development with expertise in mainframe technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Assembler Language Code (ALC).
Deep understanding of IBM z/OS, JCL, and other mainframe tools.
Experience in system analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting legacy code.
Familiarity with data formats such as VSAM, DB2, and flat files.
Exposure to modernization projects, including migration to modern platforms.
Knowledge of tools such as Endevor, CA7, IMS, CICS, or similar.
Ability to analyze existing code and documentation for system improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
