COBOL AS/400 Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a COBOL AS/400 Developer to strengthen our teams and ensure the evolution of our current tool. You will be involved in strategic developments aimed at meeting business needs, regulatory requirements, and security imperatives.

In Short

• Develop and maintain applications in native COBOL on AS/400.
• Participate in writing technical specifications and associated documentation.
• Ensure developments validated by the Project Committee in collaboration with the existing team.
• Optimize application performance and ensure their stability.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in native COBOL development on AS/400.
• Knowledge of SQL and DB2 for database management.
• Ability to write technical specifications and documentation.
• Aptitude to work in a team while being autonomous.
• Knowledge of RPG and Jira would be a plus.
