Dynamics Functional Consultant - Remote

Overview

As BJSS continues to grow its new Dynamics practice, this role offers the unique opportunity of being hands-on and client-facing while helping to build out the practice. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping our clients optimise their business processes and drive digital transformation.

In Short

• Deliver D365 solutions within a consultancy environment
• Experience with core Dynamics 365 modules
• Navigate all stages of MS DX implementation projects
• Document functional requirements and translate them into system specifications
• Configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet client requirements
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation
• Serve as liaison between clients and technical teams
• Oversee user acceptance testing and provide end-user training
• Support during the go-live phase
• Stay up-to-date with Dynamics 365 updates

Requirements

• Extensive track record in delivering D365 solutions
• Experience with Dynamics 365 modules (CE, CR, F&O, AX)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills
