Dynamics Functional Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role offers the unique opportunity of being hands-on and client-facing while helping to build out the Dynamics practice at BJSS, delivering comprehensive functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In Short

• Hands-on and client-facing role in Dynamics practice
• Deliver functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Optimise business processes and drive digital transformation
• Involvement in pre-sales to post-implementation support
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs
• Configure Dynamics 365 applications
• Oversee user acceptance testing and provide training
• Support during go-live phase
• Stay updated with Dynamics 365 best practices
• Work independently and within a team

Requirements

• Successful track record of delivering D365 solutions
• Experience with core Dynamics 365 modules
• Confident in project lifecycle management
• Ability to document functional requirements
• Strong skills in process optimisation
• Serve as liaison between clients and technical teams
• Comfortable overseeing UAT
• Dedicated to staying up-to-date with Dynamics 365
• Ability to work toward project deadlines
