Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python
• 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Knowledge of the ML lifecycle
• Experience in applied AI problems
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be based in Japan
