Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Understanding of the ML lifecycle including data pipelines and monitoring.
• Experience in applied AI projects.
• Proven technical leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in China and open to remote collaboration.
