Bitwise Asset Management is seeking a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to support sales operations and enhance data management processes within the organization.

In Short

• Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure data accuracy and manage data uploads.
• Support user community with reporting and analytics.
• Configure Salesforce for sales processes.
• Train users on Salesforce best practices.
• Research third-party software vendors.
• Collaborate with various departments and executives.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
• Pull ad hoc data queries and articulate findings.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce in asset management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
