Overview

As the first Analytics Engineer at Bitwise, you will play a crucial role in defining and building the analytics infrastructure for our Go-To-Market (GTM) function, ensuring data reliability, accessibility, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar role.
• GTM domain expertise.
• Expert SQL skills.
• Experience with marketing and sales data structures.
• Familiarity with data warehouse platforms and transformation tools.
• Experience creating impactful dashboards using BI tools.
• Ability to move fast with a bias for impact.
• Strong sense of ownership and project leadership.
• Excitement about being part of a rapidly changing small team.
• Interest in learning about crypto and investments.
