Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong emphasis on sales to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager (Derivatives Retail Community), you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of BitMEX. In this role, you will be responsible for building and engaging with our community, fostering meaningful relationships, and driving sales through community, affiliate & marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the fintech industry and can leverage community engagement to boost revenues, increase revenue share and build a strong community of traders.

In Short

• Identify and onboard new prospective retail clients.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis.
• Regularly monitor and break down sales targets.
• Develop and implement a community engagement strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Partner with marketing to create compelling content.
• Act as a bridge between the community and customer support.
• Monitor community engagement metrics.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events.
• Work closely with other teams to align initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience engaging with clients in the Crypto industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of understanding of the cryptocurrency market.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• A trader with a solid track record in crypto derivatives.
• Strong understanding of digital currencies.
• Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to work under pressure.
• Business proficiency in English and ideally a second language.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with standard business applications and social media.
