Requirements

• Extensive engineering experience in designing scalable services.
• Expertise in one backend language and experience in others.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Solid background in writing efficient code in languages like Golang or Python.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and team structures.
• Initiative in addressing issues and seeking support.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.
