Overview

The Head of Risk will lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide risk strategy that supports innovation, operational integrity, and regulatory excellence in a rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in risk management.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets and blockchain technologies.
• Experience in designing ERM frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage with regulators and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of risk modelling and stress testing.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced degree in finance or related field; certifications are a plus.
