Overview

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to act as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This individual will be a key member of the Executive Management team.

In Short

• Oversee and direct all aspects of finance and internal accounting activities.
• Manage Finance Department staff and promote financial accountability.
• Provide accurate financial reporting to the Executive Management team.
• Develop budgets to enhance financial performance.
• Advise on financial implications of business activities.
• Ensure effective internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
• Act as primary contact with outside auditors.
• Assist with financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• Support fundraising activities with bankers and investors.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent required (CPA and/or MBA highly desirable).
• Proven track record as a CFO in a public company/Fintech.
• Ability to produce complex financial models and forecasts.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical skills in accounting software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
