Producer - Remote

Overview

Bit Reactor is in search of a Producer to help us plot our course through hyperspace. As a Producer you will collaborate with the team and project leads to help deliver a best-in-class player experience that will revolutionize games through the lens of the Star Wars universe.

In Short

• Support feature/discipline teams with sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a good relationship with the team while holding them accountable for their commitments.
• Communicate team progress to leadership and address roadblocks.
• Support Leads/Directors with preparing items for review/submissions.
• Establish roadmaps and audit their status throughout the project.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in the usage of Jira or similar project tracking software.
• Experienced in various production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban).
• Strong communications and organizational skills.
• Proactive communicator who works effectively with onsite and remote team members.
• Ability to work with diverse team members and personality types.
• 4+ years of experience in game development in a project management capacity.
• Growing knowledge of game development and a strong willingness to learn.
