Join our team as a Customer Operations Consultant, where you will help clients innovate through new technologies and business models.

In Short

  • Design transformation roadmaps.

  • Develop short and medium-term business cases.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Operations with a focus on Contact Center.
  • Skills in Operating Model, including process definition and KPI reporting.
  • Experience in Service Model, including channel strategy and benchmarking analysis.
  • Knowledge of Sourcing Strategy, including vendor management.
  • Familiarity with IVR tools and CRM systems.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development skills.
