• Become an expert on our users and their research workflows within the first 90 days.
• Drive development and execution of AI-backed figure generation capabilities.
• Own the product roadmap and success metrics for AI figure generation features.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with other product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct ML and/or AI product management experience.
• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment.
• Ability to pivot quickly in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
• Motivational team leader with business impact-oriented goals.
• Expertise in combining qualitative insights and quantitative data.
• Clear communication skills with a focus on concise documentation.
• Passion for the mission and product of BioRender.
• Background in life sciences is a plus, but curiosity about science is essential.
